What we are equipped to provide.
Everything here is delivered in the home by staff trained and supervised by the registered nurse who owns it. A pre-admission assessment confirms what we can safely support for any individual resident.
24/7 Skilled Nursing
A caregiver awake and in the house around the clock, with nursing tasks trained and supervised by the registered nurse who owns it.
Individualized Care Plans
A written plan built from the pre-admission assessment and revised whenever the picture changes, not once a year.
Family & Resident Support
Families visit without an appointment and are part of the care conversation. Nobody has to phone a front desk to ask how their mother slept.
Emergency Readiness
Documented response protocols, current orders on file, and staff who were trained on this resident rather than on a policy.
Dementia | Memory Care
Structured daily routines, wandering precautions, and a calm, predictable day that helps with orientation.
Hospice & Respite Care
We work alongside the hospice team so a resident can stay in their own room, and we take short-term stays when a family caregiver needs relief.
Three things worth understanding before you compare homes.
Delegated nursing is not the same as contracted nursing
In most homes a visiting nurse trains staff on a task and leaves. Here the nurse who trains, supervises and re-checks that task lives the schedule in the same house. When something looks different at 2am, the person noticing it was taught what normal looks like by the person responsible for it.
Medication is administered, not just reminded
Every dose is administered and documented in the home, with pharmacy coordination and a review at every change in orders. That is a different service from the medication reminders offered in many assisted living settings.
Care can increase without a move
A Level 3 licence means we can accept residents dependent in four or more activities of daily living. In practice it also means a resident already living here whose needs increase usually does not have to be placed somewhere else.
We will tell you if we are not right
Some needs belong in a skilled nursing facility or a hospital, and a placement that fails helps nobody. The assessment exists to answer that honestly, before anyone moves.
A short hallway is its own kind of safety.
A five-resident house is small enough that a person living with dementia can learn it. There is one kitchen, one table, one bathroom door to find. Trained caregivers keep the day calm and predictable, which does more for orientation than any signage.
We keep the day predictable — meals, rest and activity at the same hours — and we meet residents in whatever reality they are in rather than correcting them into ours. Wandering precautions and exit safety are documented in every care plan.

Call and describe the situation. We will tell you within the conversation whether it is worth an assessment.
